Large Australian ANTIQUE Advertising Box Crate | Mildura Dried Fruit - Currants

Rare old shipping advertising box for currants from Australia - 'The Mildura Co-operative Fruit Company Limited Mildura'.  On the sides it says TWO CROWN CURRANTS. Then on the other two sides 'Mildura Dried Fruit', Australia.  (Packed by The Mildura Co-operative Fruit Company Limited Mildura) - (Padlock Brand, Victoria - Australia) Heavy & rustic with saw marking and the original metal stripping still present on each corner. Overall structurally sound and no offensive odours, a few woodworm holes on one panel, but nothing of any importance and personally I think adds character. ** Advertising text on all four sides ** Found in a 300 year old Bakery attic, obviously they bought their currants from Mildura over 100 years ago.  Would be good for classy storage box or quirky log storage.   Please use photos and zoom feature for most accurate condition.  Height - 17cm Width - 33.5cm Length - 59cm
