Sika Path & Patio Sealer is a high-performance solution designed to seal and protect a variety of outdoor surfaces including patios, paths, block paving, Indian sandstone, and natural stone. This 5-litre container offers robust protection against weathering, staining, and the growth of unsightly green algae and other growths, thanks to its integrated fungicide.

The sealer also acts as an appearance enhancer for new and recently cleaned paving, reducing marks, dirt pickup, and significantly improving water resistance. It comes as a white emulsion but dries to a clear finish, with the option for a semi-gloss look with an extra coat. It is non-flammable and safe for plants and animals when used as directed.

1. Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, free from grease, dust, loose material, and algae.
2. Mixing: Stir well before use.
3. Application: Apply to damp (but not wet) surfaces using a long pile roller and tray or a low-pressure spray. Ensure even coverage and avoid ponding of the material.
4. Coats: Apply in two coats, allowing no more than 2 hours between coats. An optional extra coat can be applied for a semi-gloss finish. Do not apply below 5°C.
