TCH Two Tone Restricted Handcuffs Special Issue Police Memorabilia Used

This is a very rare opportunity to acquire a pair of special TCH two-tone handcuffs.

These handcuffs are a restricted issue, designed with a distinctive two-tone finish to ensure they are returned to the correct department. The included key is also unique, differing from a standard handcuff key.

Condition: Used, but in good condition. The serial number is clearly visible.
