This charming vintage advertising style shop display oil lamp features a distinctive crackle glaze ceramic body and a copper well. It comes equipped with a 'Griffin' brand flue and stands on a solid brass base with felt underneath.

The ceramic body showcases charming blue and white advertisements. One panel vividly displays various toys and games, including "HOBBY-HORSES, TOPS, SHUTTLECOCKS AND DOLLS, DANCING JACKS, DRUMS, TRUMPETS, Bats and Balls." The opposite panel features a detailed advertisement for "DEMIJOHN'S CHOICE LIQUORS. Drawn from the Wood," making this a unique and appealing piece of advertising memorabilia and period decor.

Condition:

This is a vintage, used item in good condition overall, retaining its antique style.
There is some minor piercing to the felt underneath the base and a bit of staining, consistent with age.
Vert-de-gris tarnishing is present on the brass base and under the cap; this natural patina has been intentionally left unpolished to preserve its vintage character.
