Vintage Radio Controlled R.A.D.™ Robot by Toymax - Fully Working, 1998

The R.A.D. Robot version 1.0 was the first of 4 robots manufactured by the ToyMax company. It is a remote controlled robot which can move around on it's track-style base and open and close it's arms. He was made in 1998 of hard plastic and has poseable arms and hands. The R.A.D. could bend at the waist, open his arms, and pick up items for you. With the "sound" mode on, he would announce what he was doing. The R.A.D. Robot could also carry his robot tray. R.A.D's were controlled by either voice or remote control. R.A.D. 1.0 is approx. 18" tall and operates on a 6 volt battery. He can fire his (3) foam darts from his chest via the remote control.
